The Social and Care Administration is undergoing a transition due to the new Social Services Act. This change means that we need to adapt our routines and processes and work preventively to ensure compliance with the new legal requirements. Therefore, we see a need to hire an additional Assistance Officer who wants to be part of this shift.

About the Job

The position is a full-time temporary contract until the end of the year, with the possibility of extension. You will be part of a team of 6 Assistance Officers who have a genuine interest in the tasks, and we offer collegial and external supervision regularly. We value a good working environment, where good treatment is an important part.

In the role of Assistance Officer, you have a holistic perspective and start from the individual's needs. You investigate, decide, and follow up on interventions according to IBIC. To maintain a holistic perspective, it requires sensitivity and collaboration with applicants, relatives, and other professional categories both internally and externally. You make orders to providers and work in the operational system Life Care. You have great opportunity to influence and plan your day independently.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is curious and creative and wants challenges and to contribute to development and change work. You are well acquainted with the laws that govern the operations, and it is desirable that you have experience in the field. You are expected to have good organizational skills and knowledge of the Swedish language to express yourself clearly in speech and writing.

To be considered for the temporary position as an Assistance Officer, you must have a university degree; social worker, social care, or another education that the employer finds equivalent.

A driver's license is a requirement. Start date according to agreement.
