We are currently looking for an assistant for a fixed schedule to strengthen the workgroup for one of our clients in Tomelilla. We need someone who can work awake night shifts once a week. It is important for the client's safety that you stay awake and alert throughout the shift.

The client is a positive young man living in the countryside. He resides in a villa with Tomelilla as the central location, and you need to have a car to get to work. You should be caring, reliable, and responsible with a natural desire to help others. You will be offered friendly colleagues and an active client who truly appreciates their assistants.

Role and Experience of the Assistant

You need to be meticulous, responsible, attentive, proactive, and positive. You should be flexible regarding working hours as we in the workgroup cover staffing if someone is sick or on vacation – we support our client and each other.
You need to have your own drive and a genuine desire to make each day valuable. You are a positive and secure person who views the work as a personal assistant in the long term. We are looking for someone with some experience in care or educational work, but this is not a requirement. Personal qualities and chemistry are more important. We welcome female applicants at the client's request.

Requirements

• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Non-smoker during the shift.
• Preferably experience working as a personal assistant.
• Must have a car and a driver's license.

Working Hours/Employment Rate

• Start date to be agreed upon.
• The position corresponds to 23% per week, which is one awake night shift per week.
• There is also an opportunity to work as a substitute both at night and during the day if needed.
