Do you have experience as a payroll administrator, but also an interest in finance? Do you have previous experience interpreting collective agreements? Then we have the position for you!

Our client in Gothenburg is currently looking for a payroll administrator for a period of 4-6 months during a transition period to ensure ongoing management for effective and structured payroll and financial management. Your tasks will include:

• In collaboration with a colleague, continuously administer and be responsible for the company's payroll management for approximately 220 employees per month.
• Assist in various payroll and HR issues.
• Draft employment contracts, register occupational pensions, statistical reporting, compile work and service certificates, prepare LAS lists, etc.
• Continuously register and post incoming supplier invoices. Additional tasks within the finance department may also occur.

This is a consulting assignment at 80% starting in early May and will continue for 4-6 months. The scheduling of the 80% working hours will be in consultation with the finance manager (at least four days a week on-site).

Qualifications

We are looking for a person with experience in:

• Working with payroll and HR issues for at least two years.
• Experience working in payroll and HR administration programs, preferably with experience in Hogia Lön Plus and Hogia Personal.
• Ability to work according to and interpret collective agreements, preferably HÖK/AB.
• Experience in handling holiday salary calculations is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Good knowledge of the Office suite.
