Kalmarsund Gymnasium Federation is a municipal federation responsible for conducting and developing upper secondary education and municipal adult education for the member municipalities of Borgholm, Kalmar, Mönsterås, Mörbylånga, and Torsås. We have approximately 4000 students and 600 employees distributed across our five schools.

Jenny Nyström School is one of the upper secondary schools in Kalmarsund Gymnasium Federation. At Jenny Nyström School, there is a specialized upper secondary school for students with intellectual disabilities. We are a forward-thinking school with an open climate that believes in both you as a teacher and our students, offering quality education in a safe and stimulating learning environment. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for a vocational teacher to teach core subjects in the property and construction program at the specialized upper secondary school. The program aims to equip students with skills to perform tasks within property management and basic construction. Students will carry out work in outdoor environments, perform painting tasks, plant, and mow grass.

Teaching takes place in smaller student groups, and you will adapt the instruction to each student's individual needs and conditions. We are looking for a flexible, creative, and solution-focused teacher with a positive attitude. We offer a meaningful and developing workplace with engaged and competent colleagues.
