JOB DESCRIPTION

Your mission with us is to lay the foundation for a Good Life for the students you meet and teach. This means that you prepare, plan, conduct, and evaluate teaching in a professional manner based on governing documents, evidence-based knowledge, and current research.

You will be part of a team with other educators. Together with the team and in subject groups, you and your colleagues work to promote students' development towards the goals. Good collaboration and support are offered both in the team and in the subject group.

Main content of the position:

• Be responsible for planning, conducting, and evaluating teaching in Swedish, English, Mathematics, and Natural Science
• Mentorship
• Work and document in the existing operational systems.

We have great pedagogical freedom with a focus on knowledge requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for a qualified teacher with a license in the relevant subjects.

You need to have good collaboration skills, be able to listen, communicate, and resolve conflicts constructively. While you have good collaboration skills, you also need to be self-sufficient and take responsibility for the tasks of the assignment. You need to be able to create contacts and maintain relationships, which involves a relationship-building approach.

As we are a developing organization where we constantly meet changes and students with different needs and conditions, you need to have a high degree of flexibility and be structured. In our mission, we must support students in reaching the goals of primary school, which requires you to work towards the organization's goals for good goal fulfillment. Good leadership skills are a must as you will be the one to lead and motivate students towards lifelong learning.
