Rödsleskolan is located next to the picturesque Döderhultsdalen. The school has about 730 students distributed across grades F-3, 4-6, and 7-9, as well as about 100 staff members. All educators belong to a work team with an associated coordinator.

At Rödsleskolan, there is dedicated staff with a positive and inclusive approach who work to provide students with a good school day. We work purposefully and with great respect for each other's similarities and differences. Rödsleskolan is a Training School that, together with Linnaeus University, trains new teachers. This means that we have several students in our operations.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Your mission with us is to lay the foundation for a Good Life for the students you meet and teach. Great emphasis is placed on relationships and a special educational approach.

We are looking for someone who wants to work as a teaching assistant and resource, as well as teach one day a week. In the role of teaching assistant, you provide support during the students' school day and are involved in teaching alongside teachers. The assignment includes support for students at both group and individual levels. One day a week, you are responsible for teaching in the class and for communication with the students' guardians.

The position is combined with work in the after-school program.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with experience as a teaching assistant/resource and teaching in primary school. It is desirable that you have a pedagogical education and experience in mentorship.
