JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for someone who wants to work as a teaching assistant and resource for our students. You will provide support during the students' school day and be involved in teaching alongside teachers. The role includes caring for students with various disabilities. We expect that you have experience working with students in need of special support. The positions are often combined with work in after-school care. In this advertisement, we are looking for several teaching assistants. Please indicate in your application if you are more interested in working with grades F-3, 4-6, and/or 7-9.

• has experience working with students with disabilities
• has knowledge of and experience working with students with NPF

• develops good sustainable relationships with students, guardians, colleagues, and other school staff
• has a positive attitude towards the world - you are flexible, see opportunities, and are stimulated by renewal
• recognizes students' different needs and contributes to creating creative learning environments
• takes responsibility, structures, and organizes daily work to ensure compliance with governing documents

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability, such as being action-oriented, relationship-building, and having an appropriate approach in meeting students.

You must be a proficient IT user as Google Classroom is used as a pedagogical learning platform.
