Vittra Schools, one of Sweden's leading independent school companies with 24 preschools and primary schools across the country. The school and leisure center work closely together based on the Education Act, curriculum, research, and proven experience. Our starting point is to see the whole student, all day, from an F-9 perspective.

What we are looking for

We are looking for you who are a leisure teacher and have experience being a safe resource for challenging students. Previous experience in the profession is an advantage. You base your work on scientific grounds and applicable governing documents. You are comfortable with pedagogical documentation and collaboration with parents, as this is a natural part of your professional practice. Subject qualifications in one or more practical-aesthetic subjects are highly meritorious.

Are you a clear, secure, and inspiring leader who always has the student's development in focus? Do you have a positive attitude, engagement, and creativity? Together with your colleagues, you will take responsibility for organizing the operations in a structured way, considering the students' conditions and needs. You are also comfortable working with challenging students and see it as an important part of your mission to support their development. You have a holistic perspective and can take responsibility for and organize the operations for students throughout the school day. In the work team, we work flexibly and development-oriented based on the students' needs and the staff's competence to provide them with the best education. Good collaboration and initiative skills are central qualities in our work. We appreciate if you have experience in safety work and break activities. Your view of children is characterized by respect and a belief that all children can and want to develop. You have high expectations for the students and actively work to motivate them and ensure that they thrive and feel good both at school and in the leisure center.
