As HR Manager at Vectura, you are a strategic and business-driven leader who develops the HR function to support the company's business goals and strategic growth. You play a key role in the organization and sit on the management team where you actively contribute to the company's long-term development. The role involves both strategic and operational work, where you drive initiatives in leadership development, organizational change, employer branding, and culture enhancement.
You will also have a central role in building the HR structure, implementing effective processes, and creating a strong HR function for the future. The role also includes leading an HR Business Partner/HR Generalist who will be recruited shortly after you start.
The position is located at our office in Stockholm at Riddargatan 10, we value community and working together in the office on weekdays. You report directly to CEO Joel Ambré.
Main responsibilities in the role
- Be responsible for the competence supply strategy by developing and implementing HR strategies that ensure the organization has the right skills both in the short and long term.
- Drive organizational development and change management by developing structures, processes, and working methods that support the company's growth and business goals.
- Leadership development through initiatives that strengthen managers and leaders, ensure leadership supply, and develop future key personnel.
- Ensure a strong culture with good employee experience and engagement by actively working with corporate culture, employee surveys, and initiatives for well-being, performance, and satisfaction.
- Develop TA & EB strategies for long-term competence supply and sustainable succession planning.
- Be responsible for performance and talent management by implementing processes for employee conversations, goal management, and L&D closely integrated with business goals.
- Other operational HR work related to labor law, compliance, and management support.
Your profile
We are looking for an experienced HR leader with a background as HR Manager, Head of HR, or CHRO. You have driven change initiatives, developed modern HR processes, and implemented HR strategies linked to business goals. With experience from growth companies, you have adapted processes in line with expansion. Your strong business understanding and business drive enable you to see how HR contributes to the company's success.
To succeed in the role, we believe you have
- Several years of experience in a role as HR Manager, CHRO, or Head of HR.
- Documented experience in implementing HR strategies that are directly linked to the company's business goals.
- Experience in building and developing HR processes and systems in an entrepreneurial and fast-growing environment.
- Strong knowledge and experience in change management and accustomed to leading larger change initiatives.
- You possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal. You are also fluent in Swedish and English in speech and writing.
- If you have worked in a knowledge-intensive or consulting organization that has involved rapid changes, it is an advantage, as well as experience in the real estate industry.
