The leadGen department is a new function at Multisoft with a clear focus – to add a new dimension to Multisoft's growth journey through integrated work between marketing and sales. This means we lay the foundation for new business opportunities and support our business areas in the sales process from the first meeting to solution proposals.
In the team, salespeople and marketers work side by side to develop and execute integrated sales and marketing strategies.
As a salesperson in leadGen, you actively contribute to formulating target group-specific offers and follow these through from prospecting via value hypotheses to solution proposals.
Your focus is on new logos within mid/enterprise companies, and you balance your time between creating new business processes and managing ongoing ones.
As part of leadGen, you participate in formulating campaigns and contribute your experience to find the right target groups, messages, and choice of outreach strategies.
Main responsibilities include:
- To approach selected companies with outbound strategies such as phone, email, and digital tools to create new business opportunities.
- To drive dialogues from the first meeting to solution proposals together with technical sales support.
- To proactively identify and approach new target groups with tailored messages.
We are looking for someone who has:
- A solid background (+ 5 years) in sales with experience from all parts of the sales process from first contact to closed deal and documented results from this.
- Experience in selling business systems in the form of tailored deliveries or in more standardized SaaS execution (such as CRM, ERP, or similar).
- Worked in a startup or equivalent entrepreneurial environment with short decision-making paths and a strong focus on self-leadership.
- A genuinely curious approach, which is reflected in your ongoing education in sales, interest in how different industries work, and energy from trying new things.
- Energy and a can-do attitude, unafraid to take on new challenges and passionate about creating customer value through your sales work.
- Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. You are a skilled communicator and can express yourself clearly and professionally.
- Ability to plan, prioritize, and work systematically with large amounts of parallel dialogues.
It is an extra merit if you have:
- Worked with selling complex solutions with longer sales cycles that combine technology/platform and consulting services.
- Technical background or have otherwise worked with the delivery of technical solutions.
- Great interest in technology and technical solution sales.
- Previous experience in business development in the form of developing messages and packages for new offers.
- Previous experience of more advanced work in Hubspot such as establishing sequences and automations.
Practical information
The role is a full-time position based at our headquarters at Brunkebergstorg in Stockholm. We are a hybrid workplace and combine working from the office with remote work based on individual preference.
