About the position

At Perido, we are looking for a recruiter for a government agency whose mission is to ensure that laws regarding working conditions and working hours are followed by companies and organizations in Sweden. The agency works to ensure that all employees have the right to a safe and healthy work environment, aiming to reduce risks of ill health and accidents in the workplace. The position is located at the client's headquarters in Solna, with some opportunity to work remotely.

Your responsibilities

In the role of recruiter, you will independently conduct competency-based recruitments in close collaboration with the agency's managers. You will manage several recruitment processes simultaneously with a focus on IT recruitment. You will belong to the recruitment and HR support unit and have two colleagues in the unit who work full-time with recruitment, as well as close collaboration with HR partners in the department.

Your qualities

To succeed in this role, you need to be confident in independently managing the entire recruitment process – from start to finish. You have a good understanding of IT recruitment and are used to working consultatively, where you support and guide through the recruitment work. Your administrative skills are strong, and you find it easy to work in various support systems. To succeed in the role of recruiter, it is important to be communicative, structured, and have a good ability to handle multiple recruitments simultaneously.

Qualifications:

• Very good competence and at least one year of current experience in independently conducting all parts of a competency-based recruitment process
• Current experience in IT recruitments
• Experience in a consultative, supportive role
• Very good administrative skills and experience navigating various support systems
• Ability to communicate fluently in spoken and written Swedish

Scope and start date

Full-time, consultancy assignment for 6 months. Immediate start.
