ABOUT THE POSITION

This is your opportunity to contribute to the development of Green Cargo's Vehicles and Properties operations in a cost-effective manner and in accordance with applicable regulatory and maintenance requirements, focusing on safety, punctuality, and quality.

For the role of Business Developer for Vehicles and Properties, we are looking for someone who wants to contribute to the development and streamline the operations of vehicles and properties, as well as support the unit to maintain safety, punctuality, and quality. Green Cargo is working towards the vision of world-class railway logistics and is looking for employees who want to be part of that journey.

This is a long-term consulting assignment starting at 6 months, with good chances of permanent employment if all parties are satisfied with the collaboration.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities

The position involves working cross-functionally with a focus on Green Cargo's overall goals, which includes leading the work on the development of the operations, including requirements for IT support and IT tools. In the role of Business Developer for Vehicles and Properties, you will also be responsible for developing processes and implementing improvements. You will report directly to the head of business development within vehicles and properties.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

• Has a completed master's degree in engineering or business administration
• Has several years of work experience in business development
• Has good skills in Excel and PowerPoint
• Has good language skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

It is an advantage if you have:

• Experience in vehicle management and maintenance
• Experience in drafting business cases
• Interest in trains

To succeed in this role, you are unpretentious, flexible, humble, and can work independently. Furthermore, you are guiding and fact-based and dare to challenge the operations to achieve set goals.
