On behalf of Greenled, we at Asta Agency are now looking for a driven and communicative project manager who wants to help shape the future of lighting solutions. About the position

In the role of project manager at Greenled, you have a central position where you drive and develop lighting projects. You work closely with both the sales team and the installation team and play a key role in ensuring that customer needs are met with high quality and precision.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Be responsible for the entire project lifecycle, from planning and installation to completion and follow-up.
• Communicate with customers and internal teams to ensure that all parties are informed and satisfied.
• Establish and follow up installation plans and coordinate resources and timelines.
• Represent Greenled as the company's face to customers and partners.
• Ensure that projects are executed according to budget, schedule, and agreed quality requirements.

The role includes travel, with day trips and occasional overnight stays.

Qualifications and characteristics

To succeed in this role, we believe you have a background as a project manager, preferably within technology, construction, or installation. You enjoy working in a varied everyday life and find it easy to communicate and collaborate with both customers and colleagues.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience leading projects from start to finish and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Is a natural problem solver with a solution-oriented and flexible approach.
• Has good knowledge of Swedish and English in both spoken and written form. Knowledge of Finnish is an advantage.
• Has a basic understanding of electricity and technology.

As a person, you are responsible and communicative, with a strong drive to deliver high quality and build long-term relationships.
