The Casa dei Bambini Foundation is a small and popular organization located in central Gothenburg. We are a non-profit foundation. The operation consists of a preschool and a primary school (grades F-9). We have approximately 280 children/students and about 50 employees. The preschool has 38 children divided into four groups.

We are driven by the belief that both children and adults should experience progress, and that difficulties/challenges are meant to be overcome. Our vision is based on Montessori pedagogy, where we aim to lay a solid foundation for future global citizens.

We want to utilize our employees' full competence, ensuring that they thrive, develop, and take responsibility for the organization. We see collegial exchange as an important part of success. We are looking for someone with several years of experience working as a preschool teacher who wants to be part of our future.

Qualifications

- We are looking for you with a preschool teacher degree.

- Experience with Montessori pedagogy is a plus, and curiosity about our pedagogy is a requirement.

- You have good collaboration skills, clarity, and responsiveness, and can plan, organize, and execute your tasks together with others.

- You take responsibility for your tasks; planning, structuring, and prioritizing your work effectively with good results.

- You have the ability to motivate and communicate well.

- You have a good understanding of how people absorb knowledge and can adapt your way of conveying messages to the recipient.

- You see opportunities in change and can adapt to altered circumstances.

- You have good communication skills both verbally and in writing.

- Digital competence.

Permanent position (vacation position) at 100% with start date 2025-08-04 or by agreement.
