Our work teams are characterized by great commitment, high competence, and joy at work. The school is beautifully located near both forest and sea. There are very good communications to the school. You will work in one of our after-school departments in the afternoons and teach your subject of sports, music, or art during school hours, as well as work in a class together with the class teacher. For us, close collaboration with colleagues during both school hours and after-school hours is of utmost importance. We work together in strong teams for the best interests of the students throughout the day. Utilizing each other's competencies and professions to complement each other is seen as a cornerstone in creating safety and well-being for the students, as well as providing them with opportunities to develop both socially and academically. We are proud of our after-school operations, and you will be involved in developing learning and operations together with your colleagues and driving our systematic quality work forward. We focus on the interests and needs of the students and have structured forms for both development work and planning of operations together with other colleagues.

QUALIFICATIONS

You are a qualified teacher in after-school care and have sports, music, or art as your subject. You have a strong commitment to working with our students within the after-school assignment, as well as for your subject and your collaboration with the class teacher. You have a positive view of people and know that every child has strengths, something you also focus on in your interactions with students and their guardians. You see that differences enrich and take advantage of that in your work with students. In our after-school care, play is fundamental to learning and a springboard into new knowledge.

Relationships and social interaction are other building blocks in the operation. As a person, you are communicative, curious, attentive, driven, and creative in your interactions with students and in planning the operations. You find it important and enriching to collaborate, work purposefully, and think wisely together with others. You thrive in and see the benefits of working structured in teams, and you are secure in your professional role. You think it is important to be part of the student's entire day, and during school hours, you know how your professional role can strengthen the student's safety and opportunity for learning.

You need to be able to work both independently and together with colleagues during both school hours and after-school hours and be flexible based on needs and conditions. You are well-grounded in our governing documents and current research and apply a scientific approach.
