Folkuniversitetet offers day and evening courses as well as lectures in areas such as languages, economics, communication, writing, and aesthetic subjects. Our courses are primarily aimed at individuals but also at associations and companies.

About the assignment
We are looking for course leaders in photography and related subjects such as image processing, mobile photography, lighting, visual communication, or digital tools for image creation. You may be a photographer, designer, digital creator, or educator with a strong interest in inspiring others to develop their creativity and technical understanding.
Our courses are mainly conducted in the evenings, but there may also be courses during the day and on weekends in our premises located in Borås.
You will independently plan and conduct your courses, as well as follow up and register attendance.

Your skills and background
You have a strong interest and expertise in the subject area and find joy in teaching others. Previous experience teaching adults is an advantage. Since the instruction is conducted in Swedish, you should be able to express yourself well in Swedish.

As a course leader at Folkuniversitetet, you are expected to be able to tailor the teaching to individual needs and bring out each individual's potential. It is important that you enjoy conveying knowledge and see the positive in participants' development. You are flexible, attentive, and structured, and have experience working independently. We also expect you to share our view on the equal value of all people and their right to knowledge.

Employment form
The employment is a project-based position (employment per course) with compensation per study hour. Planning is done in close collaboration with the responsible staff at Folkuniversitetet.
