We combine traditional teaching with modern tools and methods to provide our children and students with the competencies and right conditions in a changing world. Innovitaskolorna are located all over Sweden, from Kalix in the north to Landskrona in the south. Innovitaskolan is part of AcadeMedia's primary schools.

Innovitaskolan S:t Jörgen is situated in the beautiful nature by S:t Jörgens Park in Hisingen and has approximately 180 children in preschool and 520 students in school. We have a calm learning environment, and our operations are characterized by safety and respect for one another.

About the Position

As a preschool teacher with us, you will:

• Lead, plan, document, and evaluate the operations based on the curriculum.
• Work goal-oriented with teaching where the children's best interests are in focus.
• Create conditions for children's development through participation, dialogue, and engagement.
• Contribute to collegial learning and pedagogical development.
• Document and analyze the teaching as part of our systematic quality work.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a licensed preschool teacher with good knowledge of the preschool curriculum.
• Has the ability to lead goal-oriented processes and create a learning environment.
• Is engaged, attentive, communicative, and has good collaboration skills.
• Takes initiative and is flexible in your working methods.
• Has a positive attitude and clear communication.
• Wants to actively work with value-based issues and pedagogical development.
• Has a genuine interest in pedagogical development issues and believes it is essential to work with these to drive the operations forward based on the preschool's systematic quality work.

The position is a permanent employment with an initial probationary period of 6 months (provided you meet the requirements of the Education Act). Scope 100%. Start date according to agreement.
