JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Brunnsboskolan is a K-9 school located at Brunnsbotorget in Hisingen. There are excellent bus connections with only a 5-minute ride from the Central Station. Our goal is for Brunnsboskolan to be a school where students, staff, and parents thrive and share a common responsibility for creating good conditions for learning and the learning environment. We want our students to feel safe, seen, and respected at Brunnsboskolan. You will be an important part of that work.

We are now looking for a teacher with a subject combination of Swedish and Swedish as a second language for Brunnsboskolan grades 7-9.

You will work with competent and engaged colleagues and wonderful students. You will be part of a goal-oriented and creative work team and collaborate with the student health team and other professionals and functions at the school. All students have Chromebooks as a pedagogical tool.

You are responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating the teaching and collaborating with your colleagues and participating in our joint school development work. You have a holistic view of students' development, health, and learning. In addition to teaching, tasks include documentation, assessment, and contact with guardians. You utilize the school's knowledge and are happy to contribute your own knowledge, previous experiences, and to development.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a certified teacher and qualified to teach Swedish and Swedish as a second language for grades 7-9. As a teacher, you contribute to an environment where students and staff can feel safe, thrive, and grow with their tasks and responsibilities.

You have good pedagogical skills and we expect you to see each student from a holistic perspective and have a positive view of students.

You have a good and respectful approach based on the equal value of all people, you are structured and take responsibility for your work, you see the value in collaborating with others, and you create trust and joy in the groups you lead.
