About the Job

Your main task is to challenge students in learning together with colleagues in work teams and support the student in their knowledge development towards set goals.

The leisure center should complement the school and compensate for the home. In addition to planning, implementing, and evaluating teaching, you will work with colleagues in work teams to develop the school based on prioritized development areas and the unit's improvement work. This year we are working with HOPE FOR THE FUTURE in all subjects at the school and in the unit's 3 leisure departments. We also focus on reading development and student influence.

Who are you?

You are a certified teacher in leisure centers with the authority to teach your subjects at the school and the leisure center. Your ability to create good trusting relationships with students is a prerequisite. All our students should have strong trusting relationships with adults.

We are looking for someone who is well acquainted with the purpose, abilities, and knowledge requirements of the subjects and is well-versed in the knowledge view and value mission of leisure centers. You have good knowledge and competence in digital and formative learning processes.

You have the ability to motivate and create situations that contribute to meaningful learning and learning environments characterized by inclusion, variation, and interactivity. You have the ability to see and meet each student and start from what works, as well as having broad guidance and stimulation in teaching.

Your learning in collegial learning is a given. You reflect on and analyze your own teaching as a natural part of your practice. You have a strong commitment to your teaching at the leisure center and take great responsibility in your work. You are interested in developing teaching to become more meaningful, understandable, and manageable so that we achieve the effect of students becoming more curious and wanting to learn more.

You have a very good ability to create good relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues. You are communicative and creative. We would like you to be able, willing, and brave enough to think and try new things together with others.
