Thorildskolan is a newly renovated grades 7-9 primary and special school located in central Kungälv. The school is close to Kungälv's travel center, about 20 minutes by bus from Gothenburg. The school has approximately 540 students and over 60 staff organized into four working teams. We are now looking for a certified teacher in handicrafts with qualifications in both crafts, in combination with another subject, for grades 7-9.

Responsibilities

Teaching in grades 7-9 in handicrafts in combination with another subject, as well as other tasks within the teaching assignment.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is a certified teacher in handicrafts, in combination with another subject. We expect you to be able to teach all materials within handicrafts.

As a teacher, you are engaged, structured, flexible, and see collaboration as a natural prerequisite for the development of the organization. We want you to be a person who, in all situations, takes the student's perspective and upholds the curriculum's core values. You are expected to be open to collaboration between subjects and well acquainted with applicable governing documents. You see digital tools as natural aids and an obvious part of teaching. A positive attitude is important to us, and we place great emphasis on personal qualities.
