We are now looking for you who want to work as a social worker in our investigation team at the Adult Unit! The unit's primary target group is adults with various forms of harmful use and dependence, including gambling problems, and we also work with domestic violence, other violence/threats, as well as dropouts from criminal activities and victims of crime.

The Adult Unit consists of an investigation team and an execution team, as well as a unit manager. The daily work in each team is led and distributed by a senior social worker and two senior treatment secretaries who are also responsible for method guidance. We offer you a position with a well-thought-out introduction, continuous internal method guidance from the senior social worker, and external process guidance. Responsibilities

As a social worker in our investigation team, you will work closely with clients, and it is important that you have a clear client focus and the ability to create good meetings and conversations with our clients. You will conduct qualified methodological and structured work (authority exercise) based on applicable legislation and regulations, with the aim of making a difference in our clients' everyday lives. The work also includes assessing and making decisions about interventions/assistance according to SoL and measures according to LVM. We are keen for you as a social worker to actively work as a social worker, and follow-up of granted interventions and motivational conversations are prioritized areas in our investigation team. We also have our own reception function, which means that you will also receive applications, conduct information conversations of various kinds, and handle reports and preliminary assessments. The work is therefore varied, and based on your role as a social worker, we expect you to take great responsibility for the organization, implementation, and quality of the work. You will work according to the goals, guidelines, and legislation that apply to the operation and your position as a social worker. In our organization, we are also very keen to adhere to the social administration's employee principles.

Qualifications

To be eligible for this position, you need to have a three-year university degree as a social worker, social pedagogue, or behavioral scientist, or have another university education that the employer deems suitable for the position. It is also an advantage if you have previous experience of authority exercise. You need to be able to work administratively in a structured way, have a genuine commitment to the people you come into contact with through your work, and a solution-focused approach.

It is of great importance that you can express yourself well and nuanced in both speech and writing, and that you enjoy documenting and understand the importance of documentation. The main qualities and abilities that are important for this work are responsibility, independence, flexibility, courage, and curiosity, and the position requires that you have a very good ability to prioritize independently. We will place great emphasis on personal suitability.

A valid driver's license (B) is a requirement.
