Our member is a 30-year-old woman with autism, intellectual disabilities, epilepsy, and ADHD. She communicates only with pictures. At her home, we work with low-arousal approaches and careful structure to help her have a meaningful and functional everyday life.

The job consists of supporting her in daily activities, routines, and maintaining the home.

Our member enjoys swimming, playing on the iPad, cooking, baking, and going on outings or just a drive in the car.

She is active and has a high pace, so it is important that you as an assistant are flexible and adaptable to make decisions and quickly change the day's planning.

The working hours are from 4-6 hours up to 12-15 hours. Night shifts include some on-call duties.

Our member is away at a daily activity on weekdays between approximately 11 AM and 4 PM, during which time we do not provide personal assistance.

We are now looking for an assistant for a temporary position of about 70% as well as hourly substitutes who can work as needed.

A driver's license and access to a private car are required to reach the workplace, which is located just outside Hässleholm. During working hours, we use the member's own car.
