Kalmarsund Gymnasium Federation is a municipal federation tasked with conducting and developing upper secondary education and municipal adult education for the member municipalities of Borgholm, Kalmar, Mönsterås, Mörbylånga, and Torsås. We have approximately 4,000 students and 600 employees distributed across our five schools.

Axel Weüdelskolan is one of the schools in Kalmarsund Gymnasium Federation, focusing on upper secondary adult education, basic adult education, SFI, learning for adults, and care and nursing. The number of students is about 1,400 and employees about 65.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

You will teach courses in care and nursing education. You will become part of the team, and together you will work to develop systematic quality work.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for a qualified and committed vocational teacher with the authority to teach care and nursing subjects. This role requires experience in validation within care and nursing, as well as familiarity with APL visits and tri-party conversations to effectively monitor and support students' knowledge development.

We value collaboration skills, a strong student focus, and a positive and flexible attitude. You are driven by development work and have a passion for creating a learning environment where students can grow and develop.

We prefer that you are a trained nurse. We also expect you to have excellent skills in using digital tools.

OTHER

Before an employment offer, an acceptable extract from the police criminal record for work within schools must be presented.

The position is filled on the condition that it is not needed by surplus staff or that the necessary political decisions are made.
