About the position

At Perido, we are seeking a registrar for our client, a government agency that promotes sustainable and innovative solutions by supporting collaboration between businesses, academia, and the public sector. This position is located at the agency's office in Stockholm.

In the role of registrar, the following tasks may occur:

• daily mail opening, registration, record-keeping, and dispatching
• case creation and archiving of recorded documents and cases
• contact with employees and the public regarding the disclosure of documents in accordance with the principle of public access
• providing information about ongoing and concluded cases
• producing statistics on ongoing and concluded cases

Your qualities

As a registrar, you need to be meticulous and structured, with the ability to handle large amounts of information while paying attention to detail. You possess administrative skills, as well as a systematic approach and an understanding of archive and public access principles. Computer skills and experience with document and case management systems are essential to ensure correct registration, sorting, and record-keeping of documents. The ability to work independently and make decisions within given frameworks is also a valuable trait for success in the role, while collaboration skills and integrity are central to handling sensitive information correctly.

Qualifications:

• Registrar education at the university level or equivalent education. Alternatively, high school or equivalent education and one (1) year of work experience as a registrar
• Good knowledge of MS Office or equivalent
• Knowledge of document and case management systems (e.g., Public360, W3D3, or Visual Arkiv, etc.)
• Familiarity with laws and regulations governing public operations and registrar functions and responsibilities
• Ability to communicate fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing

Scope and start date

Full-time, consulting assignment for 4 months (May-August).
