If you are fluent in Finnish and have experience in HR roles, this position is for you.

We are looking for an engaged and driven consultant who can provide HR support and manage HR-related processes and routines in Finland (the role is based in Solna, Stockholm). The consultant will work closely with the client's HR and payroll teams, which are mainly based in the Nordic countries. In this role, the consultant will be part of the client's local HR team in Solna.

Assignment: Immediate - 30.09.2025

Scope: 40h/week

Location: Solna, Stockholm, and we prefer that you work on-site.

Responsibilities

Your tasks will include:

• Driving labor law issues for Finland and ensuring that the company complies with applicable regulations.
• Contacting the Finnish employer organization and Finnish authorities.
• Participating in local negotiations with union representatives.
• Working in and contributing to various HR-related projects.
• Supporting the payroll team during payroll runs.
• Managing the benefits portal Edenred.
• Assisting with onboarding and offboarding of Finnish employees, as well as informing about guidelines for time registration, overtime, travel time, vacation, etc.
• Answering questions from managers and employees regarding labor law issues and collective agreements.
• Contacting occupational health care and updating personnel information in relevant systems.
• Responsible for updating country-specific policies and guidelines.
• Performing other administrative tasks related to HR.

Qualifications

Requirements for this position:

• You are fluent in Finnish and English, preferably also Swedish.
• You have good knowledge of labor law regulations and laws in Finland.
• Experience with collective agreement issues and payroll management is an advantage.
• You are self-driven, proactive, and service-oriented.
• You have good skills in data management and systems.

Desirable:

• Experience from HR or HR Shared Services with similar tasks is preferred.
