About the position

Perido is looking for an Accountant for our client, a well-known company in the fashion industry. You will be working at their office in Stockholm. Remote work will be possible one day per week after onboarding.

Your daily tasks

• Support the financial group consolidation process and reporting activities
• Perform group-level eliminations and reporting adjustments in accordance with IFRS
• Handle lease accounting under IFRS 16 and assess its impact on consolidation
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities at the group level
• Validate, map, and analyze financial data while troubleshooting discrepancies in the consolidation process
• Work with and contribute to improvements in SAP and UNIT4 consolidation systems
• Utilize Excel for data analysis, validation, and reporting
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an international finance setting
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with financial reporting standards
• Communication and document processes

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience in group consolidation, preferably in an international or group-level finance setting
• Strong understanding of IFRS, especially group-level eliminations and reporting adjustments
• Experience with lease accounting under IFRS 16 and its impact on consolidation
• Experience supporting month-end and year-end close activities at the group level
• Strong Excel skills and analytical abilities
• Ability to validate data, perform mapping, and troubleshoot discrepancies in the consolidation process
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a cross-functional environment
• Fluency in Swedish and English

Meritorious

• Experience in SAP, UNIT 4 Consolidation system

Contract type and hours

Full-time, consulting assignment until 2025-09-30. Start ASAP.
