This is a full-time consulting assignment for 9 months. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at Sinch.

As an Accounts Receivable Assistant, you will be primarily responsible for preparing billing documentation for various customers and handling financial reconciliations. You will work on compiling and reviewing monthly invoices, ensuring they comply with company guidelines and that all deadlines are met using financial reports.

In addition, you will analyze, investigate, and resolve various billing-related issues from both internal and external customers. A key part of the job is to communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage any discrepancies in billing.

Your main responsibilities include: • Managing communication of billing inquiries through Salesforce and email between customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders • Maintaining and improving financial documents • Collaborating with other departments to ensure accurate billing • Handling customer and sales inquiries promptly and accurately • Supporting monthly and quarterly audits and reconciliations

• A bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field is preferred • Experience working as a Billing Assistant or analyst, preferably in the telecommunications industry • International experience is a significant advantage • Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel • Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken • Experience with databases and SQL is a plus

To succeed in this role, you are customer-focused and possess excellent communication skills. You are detail-oriented, organized, and have a keen eye for detail. The role requires you to work independently and take responsibility for your own work while thriving in a team environment. The ability to plan and work towards deadlines is also crucial.
