Kalknäs School is located in Kalknäs, Undrom about 30 km OSO Sollefteå.

The school and preschool are housed under the same roof in premises that were renovated and expanded and put into use in 1992. The facilities are functional and also include a kitchen and a gym. Adjacent to the schoolyard, there is a football field and in winter, an ice rink and ski trails, as well as a multi-arena used year-round. Kalknäs School has many advantages of a small school unit, where safety and study peace are always at the top of the priority list in our pursuit of higher goal achievement.

The school also houses an after-school care program whose operations are based on current governing documents.

JOB DESCRIPTION

If the necessary decisions are made, we are now looking for a Leisure Educator for the Öhn Resele-Kalknäs principal area, with placement at Kalknäs after-school care.

In your role as a leisure educator/teacher at Kalknäs after-school care, you will be responsible for creating good conditions for learning throughout the students' entire day at school and working to develop the students' abilities, academically and socially, in accordance with the governing documents. You will work both in the after-school care and in the school/preschool.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who:

• is a licensed primary school teacher in after-school care or a licensed leisure educator, preferably in combination with subject qualifications in music, sports, English, or other subjects that may be advantageous.
• is well acquainted with the governing documents of schools and after-school care and has the ability to implement them in practice in an enjoyable and clear way.
• is engaged and focuses on the student's development and learning.
• is attentive to the context you are in.
• has good communication skills.
• is a secure person, good at collaborating, and is a natural leader for the student group. You value good relationships and good cooperation with colleagues and guardians.

OTHER
