The school is located at the top of the residential area Bonäset and is surrounded by beautiful nature with windbreaks and illuminated trails. The area is located about 4 kilometers from Örnsköldsvik's center, and from Järvedsvägen, you can quickly reach the school via "Slinger", a walking path through the forest that gets your heart racing!

In addition to students from preschool class up to grade 9, there are also three after-school departments and seven preschool departments. Three principals work at the school.

Job Responsibilities

You will be responsible for teaching German in grades 6-9. The position includes not only teaching but also some mentorship and managing the documentation and contacts that the assignment entails. An important part of the job is collaboration with colleagues and creating and maintaining good contact and cooperation with guardians.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with a teaching degree with subject competence in German for grades 6-9.

Even if you have other qualifications than a certified primary school teacher, you are welcome to apply, but if hired, the employment will be temporary based on the certification requirements for a permanent position.

You should have strong and clear leadership in the classroom, a large pedagogical toolbox, and a well-developed formative approach. Creating clarity in your teaching with a focus on structure, context, and good relationships is a given for you. You have knowledge and a good ability to adapt teaching based on the needs of groups and individuals. We would also like you to have experience in leading group processes.

We are looking for someone who enjoys being challenged and thinking innovatively, who sees differences and diversity as a foundation for learning and development. The position is a full-time and permanent employment.
