Vibackeskolan is a K-9 school located in the heart of Alnö. The school has over 700 students and about 90 employees with various competencies, organized into teams and subject groups. The school has nice and functional facilities and a good outdoor environment. The school consists of several standalone buildings, where each stage has its own, which helps create a small environment within the larger one. The school houses Alnön's library and the Youth Center.

JOB DESCRIPTION

As a special teacher, you will work with in-depth knowledge in mathematics focusing on individual and group levels. Based on your special educational competence, you will plan, prepare, and conduct teaching and support the student based on their specific difficulties.

You will work closely with our current special teacher and special educator and be part of the school's student health team. Our working method is characterized by flexibility, helpfulness, and good relationships.

QUALIFICATIONS

You have a special teacher's degree or education and experience that we assess as equivalent with a focus on mathematics.

You can practice a situationally adapted learning and leadership style where you understand the students' situations and meet them where they are. You create relationships characterized by respect and trust and can engage, inspire, stimulate, and empower students towards learning and personal responsibility. You are a flexible person who is prepared to adapt to the circumstances in different contexts.

We place great emphasis on personal suitability and pedagogical leadership.
