Broskolan continues to grow and we have now decided to expand our operations and therefore need to hire more staff. We are looking for qualified personnel for the early years of primary school, grades F-6. Based on the applications received, we will then plan and allocate resources for the best solution.

Broskolan is beautifully located in Svedjeholmen in the southwestern part of Örnsköldsvik. The school is an independent primary school with a confessional Christian orientation, offering grades F-9, after-school care, and three preschool departments. The school has about 140 students in mixed classes. In addition to educators, the school has functions such as school administration, student health, kitchen, cleaning, and maintenance. During the spring term of 2018, Broskolan worked on developing a pedagogy aimed at improving students' physical well-being, participation, and results. This school development work will continue to be developed for the benefit of both students and educators regarding teaching and education. In your teaching and educational assignment as a teacher for grade 1 at Broskolan, we want you to:

- Conduct teaching, education & assessment within the main part of the teaching in the early years of primary school.

- Stay updated with current research and want to develop teaching together with students and colleagues, where you share your experiences and support and develop everyone's teaching through a pedagogically challenging approach.

- Work to develop teaching based on scientific principles and proven experience.

- Have a versatile teaching style with a variety of teaching methods, challenges, and adaptations based on each student's conditions.

- Work with student influence in your teaching in such a way that students can develop and own their learning process and provide feedback to the student that moves them forward in their learning.

- Have a clear student focus in your teaching and assessment role.

- Create a safe and permissive climate in the classroom through clear structure.

- Build good relationships through curiosity and trust for students and colleagues.

- Have high expectations and confidence in students' abilities and provide encouraging and supportive responses.

As a primary school teacher at Broskolan, we want you to conduct teaching for grade 1; depending on the applicants, different configurations may be relevant.

Start date for the position is from the beginning of the autumn term 2025.

Together we work to make students' school days as good as possible now and in the future. Broskolan applies a tobacco-free working time. For work with children and youth, a criminal record extract must be presented before employment.
