Kramfors High School is located in three places, with Ådalsskolan being the largest, hosting about 370 students. The school offers both college preparatory and vocational programs and is centrally located in Kramfors with good commuting options by train and bus.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are now looking for an engaged and knowledgeable special education teacher to be placed at Ådalsskolan. As a special education teacher at Ådalsskolan, you will play an important role in creating an accessible learning environment and providing students with the support they need to succeed in their studies. The position is placed in a special education group.

Job responsibilities include, among other things:

• Teaching in a small educational group linked to the IM program
• Mentorship for students in need of special support
• Planning schedules and content for students in a small educational group
• Identifying, assessing, and investigating students' needs for support and adjustments
• Identifying needs for and conducting absence investigations and implementing support measures
• Collaborating with students, guardians, and staff to ensure a holistic view of the student's needs
• Participating in the development of the school's educational work and organizational development

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is a qualified special education teacher. Meritorious is:

• Experience working in the high school's IM program
• Experience working in a special education group
• Experience with educational investigations and absence investigations

You have a good ability to analyze and identify support needs and can translate this into educational interventions and action programs. As a person, you are secure, responsive, and have good collaboration skills. You can work independently and in a structured manner while also having a good ability to collaborate with students, colleagues, and guardians. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
