About the Company

Corporate Apartments rents out furnished apartments and villas to companies (B2B only) across Sweden. The target group is primarily companies in the construction and contracting industry, with work teams that need somewhere to stay during their work projects. The company currently has over 1,000 rental units available for varying rental periods, often a few months, known as longstay. Corporate Apartments currently has about 25 employees and is now looking for another colleague. The position is based at the company's office in Gothenburg, located centrally in Gårda (opposite Jacy’z), where over 10 people work. The company is on a growth journey and has an ambitious development plan for the coming years. In 2024, the group acquired another player in the industry, which creates great opportunities for internal development as the company grows.

About the Position

In the role of Service Administrator, you will have a coordinating role and act as the spider in the web of the company. You will be in contact with their corporate clients, the in-house operations staff, and external suppliers regarding service issues, fault reports, and operational questions in both Swedish and English. The role includes planning service actions together with the field staff, gathering information, following up, and checking in with customers and suppliers to ensure everything runs smoothly. You will greatly benefit from your service mindset and structured working method, where good organization and clear communication pay off. You are a doer who enjoys working with a phone and computer as your primary tools.

A small part of the role will involve office responsibilities, such as noticing when it's time to water the plants, order more coffee, or get new toner for the printer.

The position involves varied tasks and freedom under responsibility.

We are looking for someone who

• Has good previous experience in customer service (preferably B2B) or administration

• Is computer literate and enjoys keeping systems updated

• Can express themselves fluently in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written

• Is skilled in written communication and has proofreading experience

As a person, you are cheerful, social, and enjoy interacting with people. You have a positive and problem-solving attitude, and you are a clear communicator. You are structured and used to taking responsibility for your tasks from start to finish. You enjoy juggling many tasks and organizing your work independently. Furthermore, you appreciate a smaller workplace where everyone helps each other and has an important role to fill. You should enjoy developing and improving your and the company's routines and understand the importance of clear documentation and that the right thing should be saved in the right place.
