We are now looking for a meticulous and structured administrator with financial knowledge for our client in Gothenburg. Here you will work in an organization with strong cohesion, where you, together with an experienced administrator, will manage the administration and support the management.

Your role

As an administrator, you will have a broad and varied role. Your main tasks include invoicing, coding, and managing customer and supplier accounts, time reporting, and payroll management.

Further tasks also include:

• Making certain purchases and ensuring order and cleanliness in our premises
• Participation in environmental and quality work
• Answering questions from employees, suppliers, and other external parties

About you

We are looking for someone who has:

• Some years of previous experience as an administrator or accounting assistant
• Good computer skills, especially in Word and Excel. Experience with the systems Bygglet, Visma, and Visma Payroll is a plus
• Fluent knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form
• A driver's license is a plus but not a requirement

Start date: By agreement
Scope: 50% with the possibility of 75% in the long term.
