ABOUT THE POSITION

As an Accountant, you will be a key player in the finance function and work closely with our Business Controller, who also acts as a supervisor. Together, you will be responsible for the company's finances and the development of the accounting processes.

In this role, you will handle the ongoing bookkeeping and accounting for the entire business. You will also be involved in establishing new routines and developing and streamlining your area of responsibility. The role involves many points of contact within the company, where you collaborate with all departments.

We are looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic and varied role where you have the opportunity to independently drive and develop your work methods. You need to quickly familiarize yourself with the work and take your own initiatives to improve processes.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities

• Ongoing bookkeeping, reconciliations
• Monthly and annual financial statements for several companies within the group
• Consolidation of the group
• Reporting balance and income statements
• VAT reporting and tax declarations
• Payroll & personnel administration
• Other administrative tasks typically found in a finance department

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

• Has a university degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
• Has experience in accounting, VAT reporting, and tax declarations
• Has good digital skills - you will work in systems such as GARP, Medius, Visma, and Fortnox
• Has excellent knowledge of Excel and other Office applications
• Has fluent knowledge of Swedish and English in both speech and writing
• Can start no later than 30/4-2025
