Strategic Competence Supply

The HR department at the Swedish Social Insurance Agency is looking for someone who is engaged and has experience working with strategic competence supply, focusing on attracting and recruiting to develop the agency's HR work together with competent colleagues. The HR department at the Swedish Social Insurance Agency is a central department where the agency's HR resources are gathered. HR work is conducted across the agency and in collaboration with all departments.

Responsibilities and Tasks

You will work with the employees of the business area to set goals and direction for our mission and work with our quality follow-up. An important part of the job is to clearly describe and explain the direction and choices for our strategic mission, as well as ensure implementation in an effective, practical, and purposeful manner. You will also work proactively and operationally to support and guide in various issues and preparations related to the business area. You will also lead and coordinate various projects.

In your role, you will handle confidential information, which places high demands on proper handling. Therefore, it is important that you, who will work with us, have a high security awareness.

This is a job for those who want to take responsibility and enjoy collaborating and working closely with colleagues, both within the business area, the HR department, and the agency.

We are looking for someone who

  • has a university degree in personnel management or equivalent experiences and qualifications
  • has experience working strategically with competence supply issues within the state or another large organization
  • collaborates effectively with others to achieve common goals
  • acts on their own initiative and takes responsibility for achieving good results
  • has good communication skills, both spoken and written
  • can understand and analyze complex issues
  • has good pedagogical skills.

It is meritorious if you

  • have experience working with the ARUBA process
  • have experience leading projects and implementing new working methods and decisions
  • have knowledge and experience in change management
  • have experience conducting training and leading workshops both physically and digitally
  • have good experience working consultatively and service-oriented.

Other

1 position, permanent full-time, with start date by agreement. A probationary period may be applicable. In accordance with the Swedish Social Insurance Agency's security guidelines, background checks will be conducted in this recruitment, and employment with us may also involve placement in a security class. Psychological tests may be used as part of the selection process in this recruitment.

Location: Gothenburg, Malmö, Stockholm (Telefonplan), or Östersund.
