Economy Administrator Wanted in Uppsala

About the Position

As an economy administrator, your tasks will include:

• Working with ongoing accounting and bookkeeping
• Working with general ledger
• Working in financial systems (Proceedo, Raindance, Primula)
• Posting
• Invoice control, preparing materials for data processing, and reconciling account balances
• Working with accounts payable and receivable
• Responding to inquiries about incoming and outgoing payments.

Who Are You?

We are looking for someone who has a complete high school diploma or equivalent education in the field of economics and has previously worked in a similar role. You have a few years of experience in practical accounting, and if you have previously worked at a university, it is an advantage. You have good knowledge of the Office suite, and it is considered a merit if you have experience with the systems Raindance and Primula. You can communicate fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written.

As a person, you are structured, meticulous, and have a positive attitude. Furthermore, you are responsible and engaged in your work. You are used to working towards deadlines and are solution-oriented. Great emphasis will be placed on your personal qualities.
