Background

Göteborgsregionens International School (ISGR) is undergoing a recruitment process for a new economy and payroll assistant. As the current payroll administrator will be leaving on short notice, ISGR's payroll office needs additional staff during the upcoming recruitment process. At the same time, there is a need to strengthen our finance department with support in accounts payable.

Responsibilities

During a transition period, ISGR is in urgent need of hiring an economy and payroll assistant to ensure the ongoing management for effective and structured payroll and financial management. There is a need to support managers and employees in payroll matters as well as to perform daily tasks in payroll and financial systems.

Together with a colleague, you will continuously administer and be responsible for ISGR's payroll management for approximately 220 employees per month and assist in various payroll and HR matters. Examples of other tasks include:

• writing employment contracts
• registration of occupational pensions
• statistical reporting
• compiling work and service certificates
• creating LAS lists
• continuously registering and posting incoming supplier invoices.

Other tasks may also include continuously registering and posting incoming supplier invoices. Furthermore, additional tasks within the finance department may occur.

Who are you?

To be qualified for this consulting assignment, you need to meet the following requirements:

• at least two years of work experience in payroll and HR matters
• experience with payroll and HR administration programs
• experience with and the ability to interpret collective agreements
• very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• good knowledge of the Office suite.

It is an advantage if you have:

• worked with Hogia Lön Plus and Hogia Personal
• worked with the collective agreements HÖK/AB (Main Agreement/General Provisions)
• previously handled holiday salary calculations

What we offer

A consulting assignment with a scope of 80%. Expected start immediately but no later than the beginning of May, lasting 4-6 months with the possibility of extension if needed. You will be placed at our client Göteborgsregionens International School, ISGR in Gothenburg. Since the assignment takes place during the holiday months of June-August, there is an opportunity for a shorter vacation. This will be done in consultation with the finance manager and based on the timeline for the payroll management process. The scheduling of working hours at 80% will be done in consultation with the finance manager (at least four days a week on-site).
