About the role As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be part of the Support team that handles customer inquiries via phone, email, and internal systems. You will be responsible for managing the administrative tasks after we have delivered the car and will work closely with both internal and external stakeholders. Your tasks include:
- Responding to questions and inquiries from customers through various communication channels such as phone, email, and internal systems
- Being proactive and following up on cases both with customers and third parties such as workshops, financial institutions, industry organizations, and authorities
- Handling customer inquiries and cases by listening to the customer, understanding the problem, and working towards a solution or compensation in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
- Actively contributing ideas for process improvements and maintenance of routines
Who are you? As a person, you are engaged, social, structured, and full of energy. You are driven by results and contributing to the goal of having the most satisfied customers in the industry. You adapt easily while maintaining integrity and can handle issues and inquiries in an agile and frictionless manner.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably via phone and email
- Previous experience in the automotive industry - preferably as a service advisor, claims adjuster, or similar roles
- Technical expertise regarding vehicles and a genuine interest in cars and the industry
- Good administrative skills and easy to learn new systems
- Good knowledge of practical automotive trade law such as the Distance Contracts Act and the Consumer Purchase Act
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
- Decisive and able to make decisions
- Well-developed and adaptive communication skills in Swedish and English
- Have a valid driver's license (B)
