About the Company

Upplands Bil & Fritidscenter AB started in 2014 in Uppsala. In 2020, we moved into new modern premises in Knivsta. The company has grown in both revenue and staff since then. We are a group with good cohesion and a great atmosphere.

Upplands Bil & Fritidscenter AB is growing and is now looking for an Accountant with experience in group accounting and an analytical ability to propose developments in the financial area. You will work closely with the two owners, one of whom is also the CEO.

Job Responsibilities

Ongoing accounting is a large part of your daily work, and you will prepare monthly and annual financial statements. You will also handle payroll payments. In addition, you will prepare financial reports, forecasts about the financial situation, and be able to suggest improvements.

The main job responsibilities are:

• Ongoing accounting
• Accounts payable, customer invoicing, bank reconciliations, contract management, expense and receipt handling
• Payroll
• Monthly reporting
• Assist with financial statements and annual reports in collaboration with auditors
• Budget, forecasts, analysis of key figures, liquidity

Experience

Upplands Bil & Fritidscenter AB is looking for someone who is a business economist or equivalent with a focus on accounting.

Qualifications

To succeed and excel in this role, we see that you have the following background:

• At least 5 years of experience in similar tasks.
• Good system skills and solid knowledge of the Office suite.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Good system skills with knowledge and experience in Fortnox are advantageous.
• Previous experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
