Lindblomskolan is a K-6 school with an after-school program, centrally located in Hultsfred. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for a goal-oriented and committed educator to work as a teacher in the after-school program at Lindblomskolan. It is important that you have a student-democratic approach and find it easy to collaborate. We expect you to be development-oriented, flexible, and active in the school's collective development through collegial learning.

In your role, you see relationships with students as key to successful and enjoyable learning, and collaboration with colleagues as effective. In your profession, you actively work with pedagogical planning and strive to continuously evaluate and reflect to develop your teaching. In our operations, we see collegial learning and effective teams as two important parts of collaboration. Therefore, you will be part of a team where you collaborate around students and develop teaching.

In this position, you will also participate in network meetings for all teachers in after-school programs in the municipality. The networks are based on the curriculum, experience exchange, and the development of after-school programs.

As an employee, you also have the opportunity to collaborate with our student health team, which consists of special educators, school nurses, counselors, and speech therapists. There is also the opportunity to collaborate with the school's safety teams, where fundamental values are the focus.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who wants to help develop after-school programs in Hultsfred Municipality and who is a certified teacher in after-school programs or has an educational background as a leisure educator.

In your leadership, you focus on creating good relationships with both students, colleagues, and guardians. You are flexible, solution-oriented, and attentive to each student's needs. It is an advantage if you are multilingual. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability. It is also an advantage if you have qualifications in music in your education.
