In your role as a consultant, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining both backend and frontend components in various projects. The role involves working both independently and in teams, for example, by taking responsibility for the entire stack of a project either on your own or together with colleagues.

We run both small and large projects from Uppsala and have clients in several different industries, such as the public sector and critical societal functions. Your daily work will look a bit different depending on the project, client, and assignment - and we believe that you will find that variation enjoyable!

At the office in Uppsala, there are about 50 people in IT and digitalization - meaning plenty of both junior and senior colleagues to assist you.

Qualifications

Your technical skills are certainly important, but what you contribute as a person is equally important.

In this role, you need to enjoy collaborating in a team, giving and receiving feedback, and finding it interesting when circumstances change (e.g., needing to learn a new technology or new tasks, switching clients, teams, or projects, etc.). We believe you are motivated by helping others (e.g., suggesting a technical change that benefits a client or a colleague), and you are not afraid to ask for help if you get stuck.

To come in with the right prerequisites, I believe you have/are:

• At least 6 years of experience working with C# / .NET and at least 4 years of experience working with Angular and/or React.
• Experience working with REST APIs.
• Experience working with Azure and knowledge of DevOps and its processes.
• Swedish citizenship*
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.

It is a plus if you have experience working with Git, LINQ, Entity Framework, experience working agile, and/or previous experience working as a consultant.

*For the majority of our assignments, Swedish citizenship is required as there are demands for security clearance and approval from our clients. Approved security clearance is a requirement for employment.
