Meliva Sweden operates in healthcare, and Meliva is part of the Mehiläinen Group based in Finland, which has 33,000 employees worldwide. We are growing and developing, especially in digitalization and IT support. We now need to expand our IT support team with a new colleague.

Qualifications

You need to have the following knowledge:

  • Knowledge of Windows 10, Microsoft applications.
  • Basic knowledge of data networks
  • Basic knowledge of computer components

It is a plus if you have worked with:

  • IT support

You have relevant post-secondary education, but we do not expect you to know everything when you start with us. What is important is that you are eager and have the ability and necessary foundational knowledge to learn.

About the Job

You enjoy working with IT technology as much as helping and supporting the users of the technology.

You will work alongside our IT manager and take responsibility for Meliva's IT infrastructure, both hardware and software.

You like solving problems. You will work on maintaining our IT and supporting and assisting employees at Meliva.

You will work with a wide variety of tasks and must be able to prioritize and sometimes work under high workload.

Your work will be varied and stimulating as Meliva is a technology-oriented workplace with high ambitions regarding digitalization and system development.

Job Responsibilities

  • IT support to employees with varying IT knowledge
  • Installation and maintenance of IT equipment
  • Email systems, support, and maintenance
  • Support regarding a wide variety of software systems
