Are you a tech-savvy problem solver looking to gain valuable experience in IT support? Then we have the perfect assignment for you! Our client is currently seeking reinforcement for their office in Uppsala and would like the consultant to start relatively soon and work for a 6-month period extending over the summer!

What you will do:

Troubleshoot and manage IT issues. Create and administer users in Microsoft 365. Work in ticketing systems and understand IT workflows. Provide top-notch support and customer service.

Who we are looking for:

You are a junior in IT and eager to learn. Preferably have experience in IT support or completed IT education. Proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. You are engaged, solution-oriented, and enjoy helping others.

Practical information:

Start: Immediately, and the assignment lasts for 6 months. Scope: 50%-75% (possibility for more during the summer). Location: At the office in Uppsala – we would like you to be there daily!
