As an IT Technician, you will be an important part of the organization and responsible for delivering high-quality user support. Your main responsibilities include:

• Troubleshooting and problem-solving in Windows and installed applications.
• Management and packaging of applications using SCCM and MSI.
• Administration of iOS devices, including mobile phones, subscriptions, and accessories, as well as device management in Intune.
• Working with thin clients and KVM solutions.
• Using a ticket management system for efficient support.
• Administration of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, and preferably other virtual collaboration platforms.
• Working with AV technology for meeting rooms.

The work is conducted via phone, remote control, and on-site. We encourage you to contribute ideas and solutions to improve our working methods and processes.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with experience in:

• Documented experience in IT support.
• Installation, troubleshooting, and general management of PCs, Windows, Office 365, and related technologies.
• User support through multiple channels, such as phone, onsite, and remote desktop.
• Leading daily operations within an IT support team, including planning and coordination.
• Active Directory, EntraID, and Intune.
• Fluent in spoken and written Swedish.
