Academic Resource is now looking for an administrator for an exciting assignment in Uppsala. The assignment is full-time with immediate start and initially lasts for 1 year, with the possibility of extension.

About the role

We are looking for an Administrator to support the Uppsala Director and the management team in a varied and administrative role.

Responsibilities:

Planning and organizing meetings

Minutes taking and distribution of meeting notes

Handling purchases and orders

Administration in Excel and other systems such as Miro and Smartsheet

We are looking for someone who:

Has experience in administrative work, assistant roles, planning roles, or service professions

Has experience with Miro, Smartsheet, and Oracle (meritorious)

Is structured and organized, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Has a high execution ability and can work towards deadlines

Has good communication skills and a service-oriented attitude
