We are looking for an IT support technician for a client in Uppsala. In this role, you will work together with your colleagues to provide user support and service via phone and servicedesk systems, as well as carry out administrative tasks related to the client environment. The assignment is user-oriented with a focus on first-line support.

Examples of techniques and tasks:

• troubleshooting and problem-solving in Windows and installed applications
• SCCM
• MSI packaging
• iOS and related products
• management of mobile phones, subscriptions, and accessories
• administration of devices in Intune
• thin clients
• KVM solutions

EXPERIENCE AND QUALITIES

• You must speak and write Swedish fluently
• You must have documented experience in IT support
• You must have performed installation, troubleshooting, and general management of PCs, Windows, Office 365, and related technologies.
• You must have worked with user support across multiple channels (phone, face-to-face, and remote desktop)
• You must have led efforts to plan the daily operations within an IT support team

Start: Immediately

You will work at the client's premises in Uppsala, but there is some room for remote work.
