Job Description

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a support technician. In this role, you will provide user support and service via phone and servicedesk systems, as well as perform administrative tasks related to the client environment. The assignment is user-oriented with a focus on first-line support.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting and problem-solving in Windows and installed applications
• SCCM
• MSI packaging
• iOS and related products
• Management of mobile phones, subscriptions, and accessories
• Administration of devices in Intune
• Thin clients
• KVM solutions

Mandatory Requirements

• You must speak and write Swedish fluently
• You must have documented experience in IT support
• You must have completed installation, troubleshooting, and general management of PCs, Windows, Office 365, and related technologies.
• You must have worked with user support in multiple channels (phone, face-to-face, and remote desktop)
• You must have led efforts to plan the daily operations within an IT support team

Desirable Qualifications

• Troubleshooting and problem-solving in Windows and installed applications SCCM

• iOS and related products management of mobile phones, subscriptions, and accessories administration of devices in Intune
• Thin clients
• KVM solutions
• Experience with ticketing systems
• Administration of Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Teams and preferably other virtual collaboration platforms
• Interest and some experience in working with AV technology for meeting rooms
• You put the customer first and are service-minded
• You actively collaborate with team members, share knowledge and resources, and support others to achieve common goals

You will work at the client's premises in Uppsala, but there is some room for remote work.
