ABOUT THE POSITION

Act Svenska kyrkan is the aid and development actor of the Church of Sweden, working globally to save lives, change lives, and the world. We collaborate with partners in over 30 countries through disaster work, long-term development efforts, and advocacy initiatives. As a System Administrator with us, you will play a key role in developing and managing our operational systems, which are central to our global work for justice and sustainability.

The role is placed in the unit for Finance and Internal Control and involves ensuring that the systems meet the operational needs, are updated according to requirements, and function as support for our employees and partners. You combine technical responsibility with project management in a dynamic and team-driven environment, where you contribute to improving workflows, processes, and quality. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities

You will participate in the work for global justice by being responsible for the management of Act Svenska kyrkan's operational system support. Your responsibilities include managing and developing plans for the development, training, and maintenance of the operational systems. You are responsible for ensuring that the systems are continuously updated according to internal and external requirements. Your tasks also include;

  • Manage and develop operational systems in accordance with internal and external requirements
  • Drive projects related to system development, requirements specification, and implementation of new solutions
  • Ensure quality in systems, documentation, and incident management
  • Train and support users in the organization regarding systems and processes
  • Coordinate and lead operational management according to the PM3 model

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

  • Has a relevant academic education or experience deemed equivalent
  • Has excellent computer skills and good administrative and organizational abilities
  • Has good language skills in both Swedish and English, as both languages are used in daily work

It is an advantage if you have

  • Previous knowledge of requirements specification, testing, and information security
  • Experience in management according to PM3 and knowledge of Scrum/Agile
