Regnbågens Preschool is a preschool with one department for children aged 1 - 5 years. The preschool is situated in a scenic area with opportunities for outdoor activities in both the forest and large open spaces. The premises were previously a school, which means there are many rooms and also a sports hall that can be used for movement and drama.

Role and Responsibilities

The role of a preschool teacher in a preschool consists of teaching, leading, and challenging children aged 1-5 years. The preschool's curriculum and the Education Act should permeate the teaching at the preschool. In collaboration with the team, you will be responsible for driving and developing the educational work at the preschool. As a preschool teacher, you are the guarantor that the teaching is based on the national goals. An important part of the work is to create and maintain relationships and cooperation with guardians. You will plan, teach, document, evaluate, and continuously ensure the quality of education.

Your Profile

The requirements for you to work as a preschool teacher are that you have a preschool teacher education with certification. Experience in working with clear pedagogical methods & TAKK is an advantage.

We are looking for someone who has the ability to teach a group of children aged 1 - 5 years. Important qualities for this position are that you are flexible and have a good ability to build good relationships with others, both children, colleagues, and guardians. You should be able to work independently but also have a great ability to collaborate with your team. We also expect you to contribute with good and innovative ideas that can help the organization develop in a positive direction.
